How to solve integers(addition)

If the signs are the same add and keep the same sign in your sum.

If the signs are the opposite then subtract and keep the sign of the bigger number on the sum.

Ex:

-3+4=1

3+4=7

How to solve integers(subtraction)

First, change the subtraction sign to addition.

Then, change the number after the subtraction sign to its opposite

Ex:

7-5=2 Now you're probably wondering how i got that. First I changed the subtraction to addition, like this 7+5. Then, I changed the number after the subtraction sign to its opposite -5.
That is how i got 2 as my difference.

How to solve integers(multiplication and division)

If the signs are the same it will be positive.

If the signs are different then it will be negative.

6x8=48

-6x8=-48

Real life situation

Say you're in debt if you have $500, but you owe $700, then you will not be able pay $200.
Think of $500 of a positive number, and think as $200 as a negative number.
